Vaulted Dining Room Ceiling

Trying to come up with a solution to fix their acoustically loud garden room come dining room, I was approached by the clients to help make the room sound better. Primarily just glass windows the client wanted to add acoustic foam with a fabric to finish to dull the overall noise in the dining area below, hopefully making their voices less echoey.

With the ceilings and walls firstly lined in black acoustic foam and a layer of wadding I begin stretching a printed velvet to the ceiling of the room finishing with a holes braid in dark blue.

The walls have then been finished in a blue velvet to compliment the colours in the printed velvet ceiling.
